Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel the purchase and receive a refund, please contact us within one (1) business day of placing the order, as after that we will have begun the production process. 

Refunds

If you have decided to cancel your order, please contact Lander Metals within one (1) business day of placing your order. If you have made a trade orders or would like to cancel a custom project, simply contact the Lander Metals team. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@landermetals.com.au 

Photos and an inspection of the product may be required.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you will need to organise a courier or delivery to our workshop at your own expense:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
